I flew up here from Brisbane to collect a Prado we had found online and even had made a down payment. Unfortunately it turned out to be different from what was advertised so I thought I would have to return empty handed. Instead, sales manager, Brenton, and his associate, Eliza, worked to get me a better one even shaving off the sticker price. Then they put me up overnight in the closest available motel room with them picking up the tab. The Bible says to render honour to whom honour is due, so my hat is off to these folks.
